October 1, 2012 Christine Tassan et les Imposteures  launch their 3rd CD 'C'Est l'Heure de l'Apero' after 'De Bon Matin' (2007) and ‘Pas Manouche, c'est Louche'(October 14 2009).
An all-woman quartet with Christine Tassan (lead and rhythm guitar, arrangements) and Lise-Anne Rose (rhythm guitar), Blanche Baillargeon  (double bass) and Martine Gaumond (violin). Alternating between instrumentals and vocals, with all 4 sharing vocals, these fascinating women play in the style of Jazz pioneered by guitarist Django Reinhardt in the 1930s. They are instrumentally proficient. They sing and play harmoniously; effortlessly blending gypsy, swing and Argentine Tango (a la Astor Piazzola) elements with the right touch of festive homey humour, reinterpreting standard pop songs such as ‘Tu Me Cherche’ by Jean-Pierre Ferland and Gilbert Bécaud ‘La Maison Sous les Arbres.’

1 Octobre 2012 Christine Tassan et les Imposteures lancent leur 3ème CD "C'est l'heure de apéro" après «De Bon Matin» (2007) et «Pas Manouche, c'est Louche » (14 Octobre 2009).

Un quatuor complètement féminin avec Christine Tassan (guitare solo et rythmique, arrangements) et Lise-Anne Rose (guitare rythmique), Blanche Baillargeon (contrebasse) et Martine Gaumond (violon). Ces femmes fascinantes alternant entre des pièces instrumentales et vocales, avec tous les 4 partages des voix, jouent dans le style du Jazz mis au point par le guitariste Django Reinhardt, dans les années 1930. Ils sont compétents instrumentalement. Ils chantent et jouent harmonieusement ; mélange sans effort tzigane, swing et éléments de Tango argentin (a l’Astor Piazzola) avec la bonne touche d'humour accueillante festive, réinterprétant des chansons pop standards tels que « Tu Me Cherche» de Jean-Pierre Ferland et de Gilbert Bécaud « La Maison Sous les Arbres. »
